How the day runs
A full facilitated day, typically 09:00 to 17:00, built on a simple teaching rhythm: Teach → Apply → Debrief → Carry Forward. Every section is applied to the attendee's own business, so the output is real work rather than notes.
Every attendee works through the Eden Willow Workshop Working Book during the day and leaves with their completed priorities, 90-Day Improvement Plan, 7/30/60/90 review rhythm and a separate Post-Workshop Reference Guide for continued use.
